Bella is a shelter dog who had a difficult past, spending most of her life in a small kennel at a shelter in Romania. She suffered from fleas and untreated spleen and liver issues, and was not allowed to interact with humans or go outside. As a result, she had never experienced human touch or cuddles, and just wanted someone to love her.

Fortunately, the rescue group Howl of A Dog stepped in just in time to save her. On the way to the veterinarian, Bella placed her head on a rescuer’s lap and fell asleep, clearly exhausted but comforted by the fact that she was finally safe in good hands. Without Howl of A Dog’s intervention, Bella may have spent her entire life at the shelter.

According to her rescuer, Bella was incredibly trusting and relieved to finally be saved. All she wanted was to take a nap in someone’s arms and she seemed to understand instantly that she was being rescued and was safe.

At her veterinary appointment, Bella received the necessary treatment and supplements for her spleen and liver issues. She was also given a medicated bath that helped get rid of her fleas and reduce her itchiness.

Finally, Bella found a safe and loving home, thanks to the wonderful group of people who helped her. We are delighted that Bella has been saved from her terrible situation and can now be much happier.

Howl of A Dog later provided an update that Bella had been adopted and was living a happy life.
